A bengali friend of mine who was also my associate, came to India for the promising occasion of dusshera after spending six months in Dubai for his new job. So we all decided to catch up and have a little get together. But as always, search for a good venue never ends. We somehow narrowed it down to Garden Galleria mall and decided to go to one of their restaurants only. The mall entrance was the pre-decided meeting point and luckily, rather surprisingly we all reached on time. Our loud meet, laughs, hugs and teasing the bengali part (which by the way lasted till the end of the evening) began at the entrance itself. We all were so happy to see each other after so long.

As we were meandering in the mall, we suddenly heard someone singing the bollywood song “Tum hi ho”. We followed the hum of the lovely song to discover a band performing live at a lounge “No Objection House”. Witnessing a live band was already on my check list from a very long time. I was so drawn towards that mesmerizing band but some of my friends including bengali wanted to go for our usual bowling thing and I don’t. I forced everyone but they were not getting convinced. So I made my cute puppy face which they just can’t say No to. And BINGO! We entered the lounge. One of us asked for a table for six and we settled in our seats pretty soon.

The place was so high on energy: impressive ambience, vibrant graffiti on the walls, comfortable indoor seating and the vibes were astounding. And the band, it was just spectacular!! There were three guys: A guitarist, a drummer and a singer. THE best part was that they were singing non-stop bollywood songs which were full dhinchak. Being flushed with true Indian blood, we were patting on the table in rhythm, singing along & starting dancing on our places. Once more and on demand songs was going on all the time. The band worked like magic on us.

Alas! It was time to order!! Though we were not much hungry as we already had an overwhelming lunch before leaving from office. So we simply ordered tandoori veg platter and a bucket of Hoegaarden. Honestly, the place is a little expensive but the food was worth the money. The staff was additionally gracious and cordial too, adding to the pros of the place. I believe it’s the exuberance of the place that the food tasted even better. We were eating, singing and wooing and, following were the series of pictures that we clicked. In no time, we left our seats and started dancing at the front of the stage as we just couldn’t resist ourselves.

What an amazing night it was! It was one fun filled evening. We enjoyed every bit of it. Time to reveal the place finally. It is titled impeccably. They literally have no objection about anything and turn your evening into a memorable one. We had such a good time that everyone later thanked me for forcing them to choose this place over any other place.

Next time you visit such an exciting and delightful place, share with me in the comments section.

I will be back next Friday with another story to share..
Till then, Bbyeee..LIVE LIFE KING SIZE..
